This Website is intended for adults. Light Dimensions does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. 3. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be "100% safe" as further described below. This means you pay nothing if fraudulent and unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our Website. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card issuer cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. However, we will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made on our Website while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. At our request, your will provide us sufficient documentation to confirm the amounts not covered by your credit card issuer for such fraudulent and unauthorized purchase. In no event shall LightDimensions liability to you under this Section 3 exceed, in the aggregate, U.S. $50.00.

4. Technology Utilized
There are two commonly used technologies used on this site, Clear Gifs and Cookies. We use these to monitor the performance of the site and to measure its effectiveness.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use Cookies to obtain any personally identifying information. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent this. Accepting a Cookie from Light Dimensions does not give us access to your personal information. “Clear Gifs” (also known as “Web Beacons” or “Web Bugs”) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to Cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. Clear Gifs help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tied to your personally identifiable information. We use Clear Gifs on our WebSite and do not track your movements on other web sites. We use Clear Gifs in our HTML-based e-mails to let us know which e-mails you have opened. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Also, Clear Gifs, which may be set by a third party, are used on pages to track sales which may result from our Internet advertising campaigns and banner advertisements appearing on other web sites.
